For Women over 40, Pilates routines are a low-impact, and safe way that is ideal for addressing the physiological changes. After an initial evaluation, we define specific moves to build functional strength, improve balance, and reduce pain, without stressing the joints.
Health Coaching
Come for a session and get tools to reduce your stress level, return to more sleep, find joy in your life, and manage your pain. Our scientific approach to a stronger and healthier self is tailored to overcome muscle and bone density loss, and manage perimenopause and menopausal symptoms.
Weight Management
